It establishes the Group’s most important business concepts and describes how we add value for all stakeholders. The first edition of the book was published in 1996 to help us establish a common understanding of our culture and the way we do things. This edition, the 12th, was introduced in March 2022.

Each chapter has a present-day spokesperson and references to his or her key predecessors. There are also several portraits of employees representing different job roles within the Atlas Copco Group.
